Byelorussian authorities renew ChTPZ Group’s operating permit

12 September 2007 (11:16)

The permit entitling one of Magnitogorsk-based plants belonging to ChTPZ Group to produce steam and hot water manifolds for heat supply facilities was renewed by Byelorussia’s Promatomnadzor (the state industrial and nuclear safety watchdog). The spokesperson for the company says trying to meet their customers’ increasing demand for power engineering equipment is one of their top developmental priorities at the moment. Russia and the CIS’ nuclear-power engineering giants are known to place orders with the plant on regular basis.

According to Byelorussian law, all the equipment that is imported from Russia must be certified, and having Promatomnadzor’s permit is taken in account when foreign contracts are signed. The fact that the company managed to get its permit renewed by the authority proves that their produce is reliable, safe, and can boast great quality. Besides, having the permit helps to build up one’s share of the power engineering equipment market.
