Brusnika Sells Homes in Shishimskaya Gorka, Severny Kvartal in Yekaterinburg

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, November 19, 2019. The housing developer Brusnika is starting two new projects and selling future homes in Yekaterinburg, the company’s press service reports.
On offer are the apartments and urban villas in Shishimskaya Gorka in Uktus and Severny Kvartal next to Prospekt Kosmonavtov (Yekaterinburg Metro station). There about 542 apartments with new layout solutions.
Shishimskaya Gorka is a large-scale comprehensive area development project in the center of Uktus. The project will get accomplished in three stages: first, a block of apartment buildings 10 to 17 stories high will get put up between Gastello St and Dalnevostochnaya St by 2025. The buildings will face local public spaces. Next, a series of urban villas 5 to 7 stories high will be put up in Scherbakov St. The villas will be surrounded by parks. Finally, a number of high-rise towers with views of the park and the heart of Yekaterinburg will be put up. The project is currently in Stage 1, with the first apartment building already commissioned and lived in. The second building has been scheduled for commissioning in the last quarter of 2020, and the third building will get commissioned in the last quarter of 2021.
Severny Kvartal consists of several apartment buildings, three towers around the perimeter, and six urban villas inside. The entire project is located in Yekaterinburg’s District Ordzhnonikidzevsky within Stachek St-Voikov St-Kashirskaya St-Ritsland Lane, which is a five-minute walk from Prospekt Kosmonavtov. The living quarter was designed by a group of architects from the Netherlands. The facades of the buildings feature both dark and light stucco coating and decorative paneling in bright colors. The dynamic architectural look is supported through alternating windows of different sizes, walk terraces, and balconies. Building 1 and one urban villa are currently under construction and have been scheduled for commissioning in the first quarter of 2021. Homes in Building 2 and another urban villa (scheduled for commissioning in the last quarter of 2021, 242 apartments and 92 underground parking slots all in all) are already on offer.
