Apartments on offer through participatory share lending contracts are now available in Preobrazhensky Quarter, fit for 2,500 residents. Some 80,000 m2 worth of new housing will be put up in eight apartment buildings next to a park in Sakharov St. The first building is expected to get commissioned in the last quarter of 2018, with the other ones scheduled for commissioning within the following three years.
‘We can see demand for participatory share lending offers and try to keep up with the times,’ says KORTROS Director-General Stanislav Kisselev.
