UrBC, Yekaterinburg, January 24, 2020. The housing developer RSG-Akademicheskoye is coordinating a tender to find a contractor for a set of high-rise apartment buildings in Quarter 9, the company’s press service reports.

The winning bidder will be able to sign a contract for the construction of both the above-the-ground and the underground sections of high-rise Buildings 9.6.1 and 9.6.2 and underground Parking Lot 9.6.01 in Block 9.6, Quarter 9 of District Akademicheskiy in Yekaterinburg; the contractor will be in charge of supplying the materials and the equipment for the project and will have to take care of the urban improvements in the area as well.

The opening bid has been set at RUB 1,576,165,882.35 (20% VAT included).
