Yekaterinburg’s District Akademicheskiy Nominated For RREF AWARDS

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, September 5, 2018. Four of KORTROS Group’s current construction projects got nominated for the annual RREF AWARDS event; the online voting procedure took off on September 3, 2018.

KORTROS Group competes in eight different categories: Comfortable Environment (Moscow), Apartments (Moscow), Best Condominium (Business/Elite) Comfortable Environment (non-Moscow locations), Discovery of The Year, Developer of The Year, and Reputation & Trust,’ the Group’s press service reports.

The apartment building Dom Serebryany Bor has been nominated for Comfortable Environment (Moscow), Best Condominium (Business/Elite), and Discovery of The Year. The building is expected to get commissioned before the end of the year. The three-section building is located next to the Moscow River, near the embankment.

Headliner is KORTROS’s flagship project in Moscow Region. This set of apartment buildings has been nominated for Best Condominium (Business/Elite) and Discovery of The Year. Headliner is Russia’s first set of skyscrapers meant for living in rather than working in. The windows all have a view of Moscow City and the embankment of the Moscow River.

Dom No. 128 has been nominated for Apartments (Moscow). These are condos in the south-west of Moscow that have a unique design, engineering infrastructure, and housing services. The very convenient location is also one of the project’s definite competitive advantages, as there is Konkovo Underground Station, as well as Novokonkovo Bus Station, within a walking distance. Dom No. 128 is scheduled to get commissioned in the second half of 2018.

KORTROS’s Yekaterinburg project, District Akademicheskiy, has been nominated for Comfortable Environment (non-Moscow locations) and City Within A City (non-Moscow locations). Akademicheskiy is one of the largest integrated urban development projects both in Russia and Europe. The construction will be over by 2025. The district comprises over a hundred apartment buildings five to twenty-five stories high as well as social and urban infrastructure facilities. The district is located in the suburbia, away from highways and industrial enterprises.
