Sinara Development Commissions New Housing

23 November 2016 (15:35)

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, November 23, 2016. Sinara Group’s Sinara Development completed the construction of the first section in its Peremena set of apartment buildings. The commissioning permits for buildings 8 and 6 in Evgeny Savkov St were issued on November 11, 2016, so the new home owners are currently picking up their keys, Sinara Group’s press service reports.

These are two buildings of varying height (five to twenty-five storeys) with an underground parking lot. There are 769 apartments with different types of layouts all in all.

Sinara Development’s Director-General Timur Ufimtsev says the first two buildings in the set were put up in 2.5 years, producing 46,300m2 of housing and parking space.

The developer relied on today’s advanced construction solutions used for putting up Comfort Plus housing facilities; the monolith construction principle ensures a comfortable layout and increased energy efficiency of the new homes. Also, there are comfortable pedestrian areas and children’s and sports playgrounds in the inner yard.

There are only a few apartments still available for purchase in the first two buildings already commissioned, but customers are more than welcome to sign a contract for the homes to be put up with the second extension. The layout samples can be looked at in the two show rooms (a one-bedroom with an open plan kitchen/living room layout and a studio apartment) in the newly commissioned apartment blocks.
