Raspadskaya Coal Company Supplies Fresh Water Truck to Mezhdurechensk

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, February 5, 2019. EVRAZ Holding’s Raspadskaya Coal Company handed a tanker truck over to Mezhdurechensk Council rent-free as part of its CSR program. The truck will be used for drinking water delivery.
According to the company’s press service, Raspadskaya Coal Company’s Deputy Tech Director Alexander Markov presented the truck keys to the town council’s First Deputy Head for Industry & Construction Sergey Perepilishchenko.
‘The new tanker truck costs more than RUB 3.5m. The vehicle was made in Russia and is suitable for all kinds of roads and any kind of weather thanks to reinforced wheels and a powerful motor,’ the press service says.
The tanker truck will be used for drinking water delivery. The unit’s capacity comes to 10 m3. The tank unit is made from stainless steel and is thermally insulated. This particular make’s one advantage is that the tank unit has been reinforced to ensure stronger welding seams and therefore to increase the vehicle’s lifespan. There’s also the tank unit heating system, the piping appliances, an insulated top hatch, and a water level sensor.
The tanker truck will supply drinking water to residents of Mezhdurechensk’s remote locations.
