UrBC, Yekaterinburg, October 12, 2015. ChTPZ Group presented its ceramic flux production capacities at the 15th Weldex/Rossvarka Fair. The exhibition, dedicated to welding materials, equipment, and technology, was held in Sokolniki, Moscow on October 6-9, the Group’s press service reports.

ChTPZ Group started making ceramic flux in 2004 within the framework of its import replacement program. The range of available varieties now comprises six different brands, all certified by the National Welding Control Agency. The produce also meets the European TÜV standards, which proves its great quality as well as that it’s safe for humans and the environment.

The Group can now make 14,000,000 kg of flux a year. The product is used in the metallurgical, energy, transport, and civilian construction sectors as well as for making high-pressure vessels.

The Group uses its own ceramic flux for making large-diameter pipes for the Southern Gas Corridor, Bovanenkovo-Ukhta, the Power of Siberia, Yamal SPG, Beineu-Bozoi-Shymkent, and other major pipelines.

The company’s flux is also popular with Izhorsky Pipe Plant and Volzhsky Pipe Plant, Russia’s leading pipe-makers.
