ChTPZ Group Presents Ceramic Flux at Weldex

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, October 17, 2016. ChTPZ Group is currently presenting its ceramic flux varieties at the 16th International Weldex Exhibition at Sokolniki Exhibition Center in Moscow.
According to the company press service, the Group introduced new flux types UF-S and UF-02M this year.
ChTPZ Group started making ceramic flux (used for regular and overlay welding) in 2004 as part of the company’s import substitution program. The Group is now one of Russia and Europe’s largest ceramic flux manufacturers, making 14,000,000 kg of flux a year. The Group’s share of the Russian ceramic flux market reached 40% last year.
The company is presenting its new UF-S and UF-02M fluxes at Weldex this year; the former is meant for regular and overlay welding of stainless steels, the latter for welding pipeline joints together. ChTPZ Group’s fluxes got certified by the National Welding Agency and also meet the European TÜV standards, which means they are of very good quality and safe for humans and the environment. The Group’s produce gets subjected to multi-level quality control and meets the ISO 9001:2011, ISO9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, and API Spec Q1 production standards.
