October 8, 2013. ChTPZ Group is going to present its own ceramic flux at a key welding industry event – the Weldex/Rossvarka Exhibition, the Group’s press service reports.
Now ChTPZ Group has been making ceramic flux since 2004 and is one of Russia and Europe’s leading ceramics manufacturers (its capacity has been estimated at 14,000 tons a year); this material is used for making large-diameter welded pipes that meet the strictest requirements of the home and global markets.
In 2013, four new makes of ceramic flux were launched; all of them were certified by the National Welding Control Agency and can therefore be used for making metal structures for the metallurgical, ship-building, and bridge-building industries, in the energy sector, and in the transport machine-building industry.
The use of hi tech makes of ceramic flux in the welding process enhances the quality of the welding seam and improves its technological characteristics thanks to micro-alloying; ChTPZ ceramic flux also proves 10% to 40% less expensive than its foreign counterparts. ChTPZ produce undergoes many stages of quality control, and the flux production process meets the ISO 9001:2011, ISO9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, and API Spec Q1 standards.
The Weldex/Rossvarka Exhibition is held in Moscow’s Sokolniki Exhibition Center on October 8-11, 2013. ChTPZ Group’s stand can be found in Pavilion 11.
