October 9, 2014. ChTPZ Group is taking part in the 14 international welding materials, equipment, and technologies exhibition Weldex/Rossvarka at Sokolniki Exhibition Center in Moscow on October 7-10.
The company aims to present its own ceramic flux manufacturing options: flux is the material that is used in the welding process. ChTPZ Group currently makes six flux varieties that have all been certified by the National Welding Control Agency (NAKS); its production capacity stands at 14,000,000 kg of welding material a year. The Group’s produce is used in the metallurgical sector, in the shipbuilding industry, for making metal frames, in the energy sector, and other industries. The so-called white metallurgists use ceramic flux for making large-diameter pipes, their ready goods pass all the trials and tests successfully and meet the customers’ strict requirements. ChTPZ Group has already delivered pipes with its own ceramic flux content to major O&G projects: Gazprom’s Southern Corridor, Bovanenkovo-Ukhta, and the Power of Siberia and Transneft’s Zapolyarye-Purpe and Kuyumba-Tayshet.
During the exhibition days, ChTPZ Group will demonstrate visitors the entire process of making ceramic flux: the Group’s stand features a model of the production line, and detailed advice is available on ways the ceramic flux can be used in. The Group’s location is Pavilion 4, Stand A501.
