December 17, 2014. Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant (PNTZ, a member enterprise of ChTPZ Group) won a special RosTechSert prize for Ongoing Development, the enterprise’s press service says.

The best enterprises were selected on the basis of their certification and annual audit procedures. The certificate and the prize were given to PNTZ Quality Management Department’s representatives by RosTechSert Director Maria Koroleva and Quality Austria Vice President Ekelhard Bauer at RosTechSert Customer’s Day, the annual international conference.

PNTZ quality management system was certified for compliance with the military standards of GOST RV 0015-002-2012 in 2013, which allowed the company to start making products within the government defense contract orders.

‘Our ongoing improvement is the factor that ensures efficient management of all kinds of resources. ChTPZ Group’s member enterprises have an active production improvements movement, which saves us over 100m RUR a year. The ideas of our so-called white metallurgists aim to improve working conditions and enhance work safety, to cut expenses and expand machinery life span, and so on. In fact, cutting on overheads and prime costs and increasing labor productivity are at the focus of the company’s attention during the financially unfavorable national and global situations,’ says PNTZ Managing Director Alexander Isaikin.
