ChTPZ Group presents Career Card at WorldSkills Hi Tech

November 7, 2014. ChTPZ Group coordinated a round table discussion on the management of young workers’ career growth during the national blue-collar jobs championship WorldSkills Hi Tech, the Group’s press service reports.
The discussion was moderated by ChTPZ Group’s Organizational Development Director Tatiana Kozhevnikova and contributed to by ChTPZ Human Resources Director Svetlana Kuzminykh, Beloyarskaya Nuclear Power Plant Deputy Director for HR Andrei Pavlyuk, United Aircraft Corporation’s Vice President for Personnel Svetlana Kraichinskaya, Sverdlovsk Railways Personnel Director Evgeniy Pospelov, and Managing Partner of Detek Consultancy Svetlana Simonenko.
The round table discussion participants spoke about the career paths young workers tend to choose nowadays, about whether all of these paths appear socially approved ones, about what career someone with a vocational school diploma can count on, and about whether today’s youth are ready to spend all of their working lives with one and the same employer.
‘Our company devised a Career Card in order to inform the students of ChTPZ Training Center, young employees with leadership potential, about the professional development prospects we offer. Students with good references from their teachers and their army unit commanding officers are invited to embark on a career within ChTPZ Group. In one to three years’ time, they will be given an opportunity to get a college degree without quitting their jobs, and upon the completion of studies, they can apply for the position of the supervising foreman and, later on, for that of a department’s head,’ Tatiana Kozhevnikova said.
