December 10, 2014. On behalf of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, head of ASI Young Professionals Dmitri Peskov thanked ChTPZ Group DG Vitaly Sadykov for the enterprise’s active involvement in WorldSkills Hi Tech, a national blue-collar jobs championship, Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant’s press service reports.

‘Let us congratulate the contestants and experts who represented your company at the competition. We are also grateful to the HR Department for joining the event’s business agenda and exhibition,’ the thank-you letter says.

Peskov pointed out industrial enterprises would become more competitive thanks to introduction of WorldSkills standards in job counseling, cadre training, and independent assessment and promotion of blue-collar and engineering jobs. He said he hoped ChTPZ Group and the ASI could keep on working together to provide valuable cadre for the hi tech industries.

Yekaterinburg hosted the first All-Russian blue-collar jobs championship WorldSkills Hi Tech on October 30-November 3. ChTPZ Group’s young employees proved Sverdlovsk Region’s only representatives who won the first prize in the championship (the one in Mechatronics). They also won the second prize in Mobile Robotics and the third prize in Operation of Numerically Controlled Mills.
