According to the Group’s press service, twenty-one students are now on the Bachelor’s program for Metallurgy. Thirteen of them are, in fact, alumni of the company’s Future of White Metallurgy Corporate Training Program.

Thirteen more people are on the Master’s program for Metal Treatment Under Pressure. This is the first time PNTZ employees have applied for a Master’s program at UFU.

‘According to the Group’s White Metallurgist’s Career Map, higher education is one of the career growth paths a company workers can decide on,’ says ChTPZ Group’s HR Director Svetlana Kuzminykh.

‘The company needs a new generation of engineers and blue-collar workers and keeps working on this: our efforts range from job counseling sessions at schools to supporting top managers in their current positions.’
