ChTPZ Group’s Organizational Development Director Tatiana Kozhevnikova is going to become a speaker at the international car-making and car parts production forum AutoEvolution 2013 in Russia; the forum is coordinated by Vedomosti, with some support from the Industry & Trade Ministry and the Economic Development Ministry. The event will be held in Kaluga on September 5-7, the spokesperson for ChTPZ reports.

Kozhevnikova is going to give a speech at the session dedicated to cadre training and retraining and creating an educational infrastructure in the production clusters; she plans to share ChTPZ Group’s unique experience on how to introduce the German dual secondary education system in Russian educational establishments.

Tatiana Kozhevnikova is the co-manager of the interdepartmental work team set up by the Strategic Initiatives Agency for the project on the dual education cadre training system that prepares workers for the hi tech industries. The agency invited a ChTPZ representative to speak at the forum because this pipe-making giant is a pioneer in the field of cooperating successfully with the educational establishments and governmental bodies. The Group’s the Future of White Metallurgy Project that the company is currently implementing in Pervouralsk was estimated very highly by many representatives of the Russian business community and educational system,’ the press release says.
