December 16, 2014. A delegation of Tatarstan’s officials, headed by Education & Science Minister Engel Fattakhov, paid a visit to ChTPZ Group’s Training Center, the enterprise’s press service reports.

The delegates took part in a conference on public-private partnership in the field of training highly skilled industrial workers through dual education principles.

The conference was also attended by ChTPZ Group’s Organizational Development Director Tatiana Kozhevnikova, ChTPZ Group’s Training Center’s head Nikolai Desyatov, Tatarstan’s Education & Science Ministry’s Vocational Education Department’s head Timerkhan Alishev, and Director of Kazakhstan-based Almetyevsk Vocational School Artur Minnikhmetov

‘Sverdlovsk Region and Tatarstan are both partners in the Agency for Strategic Initiatives’ pilot project on training cadre for the hi tech industries through dual education principles. These meetings between representatives of pilot territories are crucial to sharing best practices and efficient collaboration between participant educational establishments,’ Tatiana Kozhevnikova said.

ChTPZ Group’s management introduced the visitors to it’s the Future of White Metallurgy training program.

At the end of the conference, a cooperation agreement was signed by ChTPZ Group’s Training Center and Almetyevsk Vocational School: both establishments are members of ROST ORLEU, the Association of Russia and Kazakhstan’s Vocational Schools.
