ChTPZ Group takes part in 6th International Vocational Education & Business Forum

December 2, 2014. ChTPZ Group took part in the 6th International Vocational Education & Business Forum: Partners’ Dialogue in Astana. The forum was chaired by Kazakhstan’s Vice Premier Berdibek Saparbayev
According to the Group’s press service, the forum was attended by deputies of Kazakh Parliament, heads of respective ministries and departments and councils, and representatives of national and international companies, professional associations, and educational establishments.
Russia was represented by Chelyabinsk Region Education & Science Minister Alexander Kuznetsov, head of Sverdlovsk Region Vocational Education Development Resource Center Felix Islamgaliyev, and head of ChTPZ Group’s Educational Center Nikolai Desyatov.
The forum participants shared their expertise in how business can efficiently cooperate with vocational education establishments, talked about the options of introducing a dual education system, discussed creation of module syllabi, and considered ways of getting their skilled workers certified. Kazakhstan’s Education & Science Minister Aslan Sarinzhipov pointed out in his report that ChTPZ Group had already cooperated successfully with Karaganda Polytechnic School: this was done under the auspices of ROST-RLEU, the association of Russian and Kazakh vocational schools. ChTPZ Group also managed to introduce dual education principles in its Future of White Metallurgy Program.
