ChTPZ Group, Promkadry Forum to become strategic partners

November 18, 2013. Kommersant Publishers will host a multimedia business forum Promkadry dedicated to training cadre for the industrial sector at Digital October Center in Moscow on November 26. ChTPZ Group is one of the forum’s strategic partners and initiators, the company’s press service reports. The enterprise is well known for its vast experience in training highly skilled blue-collar workers.
For the third year in a row, ChTPZ Group and Pervouralsk Metallurgical College have been working on a unique project called The Future of White Metallurgy. Over 600 students are studying at the Education Center located on the premises of Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant (a member enterprise of ChTPZ Group); the center was built with some support from Sverdlovsk Region Government. The center trains workers who are fully prepared to operate the most up-to-date equipment and who are therefore in great demand on the labor market. The project has been estimated quite highly by many representatives of the business community and the Russian education sector.
The forum will mainly be dedicated to state policy on vocational education, cooperation between enterprises and educational establishments, the Western countries’ dual system, in-company education, and the creation of the National Skills & Competences System. Directors-General of industrial enterprises, heads of respective ministries, teachers, HR managers, development directors, experts, and reporters will get together to talk about the blue-collar workers shortage. The agenda of the forum covers for a demonstration of AI controlled mechanisms designed by students of Pervouralsk Metallurgical College who took part in WorldSkills International mechatronics contest and won the WorldSkills Russia contest.
