UrBC, Yekaterinburg, July 13, 2016. The Innoprom 2016 Exhibition will host a forum on dual education and new standards of blue-collar workers’ training coordinated by ChTPZ Group, the company press service reports.

‘The forum will gather together companies already dealing successfully in dual education programs and representatives of state authorities, public groups, and secondary schools. Discussions will be held on the new possible forms of public-private partnerships in vocational education sector and on the new Sverdlovsk Region Industrial Cadre Training Standard adopted by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives and Russia’s Industry & Trade Ministry and Education Ministry,’ the press service says.

The key reports will be dedicated to Russian industrial corporations’ experience with dual education project and to ways of gauging a company’s need for highly skilled workers. ChTPZ Group’s HR Director Svetlana Kuzminykh will speak on the company corporate training project the Future of White Metallurgy and the company’s attempts to standardize dual education projects. The forum will be held at Yekaterinburg EXPO (Conference Room 3, Pavilion 4) at 2PM on July 14.
