Next, we will have our processing platform replaced. In addition, the range of products we offer will be made even more consistent with Rus-Bank’s standards. What is more, our bank cards are to acquire a new design,’ Rus-Bank-Ural’s Deputy CEO Olga Lipatnikova said to an UrBC reporter.

‘Throughout the months of November and December, all our offices will get some new internal identification tags that will allow our customers to find their way easily around the place. As for the new processing platform, this will bring about a whole range of improvements in the field of customer service and convenience. These improvements will touch upon the communication channels, the software, and the bank-partner interaction. The system is already functioning in Rus-Bank, so we are to adopt this efficient working mode,’ Ms Lipatnikova added.
