Oleg Bochkarev, head of Electromachine JSC, was appointed General Director of Electromachine ScientificProduction Association, a defense holding, the spokesperson for Chelyabinsk Region Defense Industries Association said to UrBC representative.
The newly fledged holding includes Electromachine JSC, Rotor Production Association, Turbine Production Association, and Chelyabinsk Aggregate Plant.
