UrBC, Yekaterinburg, March 3, 2020. Andrei Komarov got reelected as Chair of the Board of Directors at ChelPipe Group; he also got elected Chair of the company’s Corporate Governance Committee; the decision to this effect was taken during the BOD’s latest meeting unanimously.

‘The new Board of Directors now includes Chair of the BOD at Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant (PNTZ) Alexander Fedorov, Director-General at Chelyabinsk Pipe Rolling Plant (ChelPipe) Boris Kovalenkov, ChelPipe Director for Economic Issues & Strategy Dina Mikryukova, and three independent directors: professor of business practice at Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO Vadim Makhov, member of MTS PJSC Board of Directors
Regina von Flemming, and BOD member and Chair of Audit Committee at Kaspi.kz and Managing Director at CAIGAN Capital Douglas Gardner,’ the company says.

The company’s independent directors will now chair three out of the BOD’s four committees: the Audit Committee (Douglas Gardner), the Nominations & Awards Committee (Regina von Flemming), and the Strategic Planning Committee (Vadim Makhov).

President & CEO at Senteo Inc. Michael Ruckman, who is an internationally acknowledged expert on customer experience management and customer-oriented business transformation, joined the Strategic Planning Committee as well.
