UrBC, Yekaterinburg, December 5, 2019. OOO FORES's Kamensk-Uralsky and Kuryi branches fully comply with the current environmental requirements, the company's press service reports.

'The impact OOO FORES's branches in Kamensk-Uralsky and Kuryi make on the local environment falls within the current hygienic limits; such were the findings of the production process monitoring that was performed on the border between the two plants' sanitary protection zones and the apartment buildings nearby in May through October,' the press service says.

According to FORES representatives, the air and soil samples got collected and the noise levels got measured by independent certified labs. The labs took 1,000 air samples in Kamensk-Uralsky and 500+ samples in Kuryi over the course of six months. The plant's tech equipment kept on operating as usual the entire time. The samples got tested for dozens of substances, including dust particles. The tests revealed that their content was all below the maximum permissible discharge limits.

'The noise level measurements taken in the morning and at nighttime proved that they all stay within legislative limits. The impact the plants make on the local soil was declared very low,' FORES's press service says.
