MMK’s Prityazheniye Proejct to Get 3 Million Visitors A Year

UrBC, Magnitogorsk, September 17, 2019. Prityazhenie, an urban development project in Magnitogorsk, will open up plentiful business development opportunities for the local companies, Deputy Project Manager Ksenia Tenkova said at a recent business conference on export barriers.

According to Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK) Information & PR Department, Prityazhenie is a project set up and implemented at the initiative of the company’s Chair of the BOD Viktor Rashnikov. The project is currently unique to Russia and aims to take comfortable urban environment to a totally new level.

Prityazhenie premises will host modern sports and medical facilities, museums, educational establishments, and culture centers where Magnitogorsk residents and visitors to the town will be able to do sports, engage in recreation activities, get access to quality healthcare, and broaden their educational and cultural horizons.

Ksenia Tenkova says the place is expected to get three million visitors a year at least; some of them will be tourists coming to Magnitogorsk specifically for an event, an exhibition, or a training course.
