Nissan Recalls 771 Terrano Crossovers Off Russian Market
25 April 2019 (09:48)
UrBC, Moscow, April 25, 2019. Nissan Manufacturing RUS is calling 771 Nissan Terrano crossovers off the Russian market due to possible brake issues, Rosstandart reports.
‘The automobiles are subject to recall due to possibly faulty installation of the brake booster diaphragm. Improper installation might result in a vacuum leak when the car is in motion, which, in its turn, brings about some noises from the booster and might make the braking process less efficient,’ Rosstandart says.
Being recalled are the automobiles sold between July 2017 and January 2018; the brake components will get replaced if necessary.
All the repairs will come at no extra cost to the car owners.
