Mercedes-Benz Recalls 7,000 Cars Due to Airbag Issues

UrBC, Moscow, February 6, 2019. AO Mercedes-Benz RUS, Mercedes’s official representative for the Russian market, is calling off 7,011 automobiles (Mercedes-Benz 205 and 253), Rosstandart reports.
Subject to product recall are the cars sold in 2017 and 2018: there’s a possibility that the passenger front airbag status might not get displayed correctly on the operation panel.
To deal with the problem, the Audio 20 software package needs to get updated.
All the adjustments will be done at no extra cost to the car owners.
