Ural Airlines, Amadeus Celebrate 5-Year Partnership

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, April 2, 2018. Ural Airlines and Amadeus celebrated their five years of cooperation in March 2018, the air carrier’s press service reports.
Ural Airlines are Amadeus’s leading and key customer in Russia, as far as the IT services are concerned. This means the airline can meet all the intentional standards easily.
‘Throughout these five years of partnership, Ural Airlines introduced quite a few advanced IT modules and products that made working with both businesses and passengers much better and much easier. In 2015, we launched an extra options catalogue within our Amadeus system and sold more of these extra options than any other Russian business. This convenient service means our passengers can preorder a special-menu meal, their pet transfer, or ‘an unaccompanied child’ option, have a selected seat assigned for them in advance, and prepay their extra luggage fees. We also launched Amadeus e-Retail (online sales), Amadeus Insurance, and Amadeus Fare Families solutions,’ the press service says.
