6 September 2017 (15:16)
UrBC, Chelyabinsk, September 6, 2017. Russian Copper Company’s Tominsky Ore Mining & Processing Enterprise in Chelyabinsk Region is going to launch a hiring campaign in September 2017, the company press service reports.
At this stage, the company will look to take on people for both managerial and white-collar positions as well as blue-collar workers such as electricians, gas welders, and miners for surveying and geological work.
The company expects to hire over sixty people before the end of the year. As a result, there will be more than a hundred people working for Tominsky altogether. In 2018, the company will offer locals four hundred more jobs, and more than six hundred people will also get hired in 2019.
‘We are considering candidates from among applicants who submitted their CVs as well as from among local residents registered with employment centers in the area. Candidates will have to compete for the positions offered; it is already clear that the number of people willing to work for Tominsky is larger than the number of job openings we have,’ says the company DG Valeriy Ulanovsky.
In fact, the company’s hiring pool expanded even prior to this current, active stage of the industrial project’s implementation. The Southern Urals’ residents are already submitting their CVs using the company email address and the Contact Us rubric at the company website tomgok.ru, and bring them to the company office in person. 1,300 applications have already been submitted to Russian Copper Company’s Personnel Policy Department through the company website alone.
