UrBC, Yekaterinburg, July 4, 2017. Vice President of Havas Group Jacques Séguéla paid a visit to the construction site of Yekaterinburg Arena on June 30; the stadium is being put up by Sinara Group’s Sinara Development in time for the World Cup 2018, the company press service reports.

Deputy Governor of Sverdlovsk Region Alexander Vysokinskiy, Sverdlovsk Region’s Minister for International and Foreign Economic Relations Andrei Sobolev, Sinara Group’s Director-General Mikhail Khodorovskiy, and Sinara Development’s Director-General Timur Ufimtsev all came to welcome Séguéla at the site.

‘On the one hand, this is a gigantic sports facility, on the other hand, this is a place with some human touch. Modern technologies can be found side by side with historic architectural features, which makes the stadium into a symbol of the past living in both the present and the future. I like this approach and I like it that Yekaterinburg cherishes its history: future does not necessarily need to mean the destruction of the old ways,’ the French marketing communication expert said after taking a look at the site.

This is the first time Jacques Séguéla has come to Yekaterinburg.
