UrBC, Yekaterinburg, November 1, 2016. Ural Airlines received Oracle Innovation Award as the best innovative project of the year 2015, the air carrier’s press service reports.

The awarding ceremony took place during Oracle Digital Day in Moscow. Bank Uralsib, the telecommunications giant MTS, electronic goods chain M.Video, and MICEX were among the awarded businesses as well.

‘Oracle Innovation Awards are presented to companies that used advanced technologies and Oracle cloud services to transform their business, with impressive results. Nominees get selected based on a given project’s uniqueness, complexity, and originality, the benefits this innovation brings to a business, and the scale of a new solution against the scale of a company,’ the press service says.

Ural Airlines rely on Oracle Siebel CRM to improve their customer service and partner relations; this project of theirs won Oracle Best Innovative Project of the year 2015 nomination.

‘Launching Oracle Marketing Cloud to ensure ongoing customer interaction and to orchestrate our communication channels was preceded by changes in our loyalty programs made with the help of Oracle Siebel CRM. The cloud platform introduced us to all the current marketing innovations at once,’ the press service says.
