October 2, 2013. 4 B-10M bulldozers from ChTZ (a member of Uralvagonxavod Corporation) that were named after the four leading players of the Tractor team were delivered to the Far East so that they can be used for restoring the infrastructure destroyed by the flood in the area, Uralvagonzavod’s press service reports.

All in all, 12 vehicles bearing the hockey club logos and the players’ names and autographs will be shipped to Khabarovsk. This was a special promotion event that the plant workers decided to coordinate in order to support their favorite team that was set up at the plant in 1947 as an amateur team of Chelyabinsk tractor-makers. Today, Tractor take part in the Continental Hockey League championships and is actually one of the best teams. This is why the team’s numerous supporters expect last year’s silver winner not to fail their expectations and put on a productive show this season.

Shortly before these four special B10 M vehicles were shipped, the team’s forward, Honoured Master of Sports and the world’s 2012 hockey champion Evgeny Kuznetsov paid a visit to the plant. He tried out the bulldozer that was named after him: having listened to instructions from coach Vladimir Kleiner, he drove the vehicle forward.

‘I have never driven a tractor before. I was a little anxious but also quite excited to drive a vehicle like this. I really enjoyed this ‘joyride’. I am proud to see the names of my buddies and the name of our coach Valeriy Belousov on the produce of the plant that is the home of big-thing hockey in Chelyabinsk,’ he said.
