About 50 enterprises apply for government-run loan payoff subsidy

May 16, 2013. Sverdlovsk Region Government issued a decree on Tuesday that adopted the changes in the local program on the development of infrastructure, nano-industry, and innovations in Sverdlovsk Region; the program provides some subsidies on the loan interest rate payments for local enterprises this year. The total amount of subsidies for 2013 has been set at 300m RUR, Sverdlovsk Region Government’s Press Service & Information Department reports.
Sverdlovsk Region Industry & Science Minister Vladislav Pinayev says 47 enterprises, which submitted 60 investment projects, have applied for the subsidy this year.
The total amount of funding allocated for these investment projects is 60bn RUR, including 13bn RUR from the companies’ own funds (21%) and 47bn RUR of borrowed money (79%).
