Labor Law Violations Detected at Russian Chrome 1915

March 21, 2013. A check carried out by Sverdlovsk Region division of State Labor Inspectorate revealed a number of violations at Pervouralsk-based Russian Chrome 1915, the inspectorate’s press officer reports.
For one, it was detected that the company’s department committee chairmen and members did not undergo the required training on labor protection regulations.
Besides, not all of the company’s employees were provided with all the necessary individual protective gear, while the workers’ labor contracts did not list the working conditions in full.
Finally, sometimes the employees were informed of the fact that their vacation started less than two weeks in advance, and in some cases their vacation pay was late.
