Karabashmed: We Are Ready to Invest in HR & Business Development Integration

February 4, 2013. Karabashmed keeps on re-training workers of all specializations. In 2012, for instance, 37 managers and white-collar workers underwent professional development seminars like Standardization, Gas Treatment, Civil Protection, and others. Over 200 people upgraded their qualifications, 27 people underwent training in some blue-collar job, and 18 employees obtained a second qualification. Most of the company workers passed the annual certification procedure thanks to self-study at the computer lab using the OlIMP:OKS system, while 253 managers and white-collar workers, including new employees and acting managers could benefit from the 15 specialized courses to prepare them for the certification procedures.
Karabashmed cooperates in this educational field with UMTz ZhDT, Znaniye Ural Continuous Education Institute, Chelyabinsk State Medical Academy, Yekaterinburg-based Academy for Standardization, Measurement Science & Certification Academy, Training Engineering Center, the All-Russian Labor Protection & Economics Institute, Storygormashavtomatizatsiya, and others.
This year, Karabashmed is going to keep on improving on all the types of training it offers and to develop the material resource base of its employee training office.
