Ural Heavy-Duty Vehicles-Uralvagonzavod Celebrates Anniversary

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, October 1, 2012. Uralvagonzavod Corporation’s daughter enterprise ZAO Ural Heavy-Duty Vehicles celebrated its 10th anniversary recently. Heads of the corporations, fellow workers, and business partners arrived on the premises to congratulate the company staff,’ Uralvagonzavod Corporation’s press service reports.
‘Thanks to your great professionalism, enthusiasm, and caring attitude to our business Ural Heavy-Duty Vehicles is developing dynamically these days and is Russia and the CIS’ largest supplier of railway and road-building vehicles in Russia,’ said Deputy Director-General Ruslan Kondrashov, who congratulated the company employees on behalf of Uralvagonzavod’s DG.
He also pointed out that the company was a very important business for both the city of Nizhniy Tagil and Sverdlovsk Region. As one of the major taxpayers, Ural Heavy-Duty Vehicles-Uralvagonzavod also contributes to a number of significant social projects, for example, supports professional and amateur sports.
The employees’ contribution to the development of the business was duly praised. In the course of a special solemn ceremony, many of the plant’s workers were given honorary diplomas issued by Plenipotentiary Representative of Russian Federation President in Ural Federal District Igor Kholmanskikh and Governor of Sverdlovsk Region Evgeny Kuivashev.
