The workers of ChTPZ Group – the representatives of the production, technical, and commercial departments of the company – took part in a retreat coordinated by Gazprom’s daughter enterprise Gazprom Dobycha Astrakhan. The pipe manufacturers could look at how natural gas is produced right at the natural gas deposit, ChTPZ press service reports.

Before the end of the year, such traveling seminars will be held for ChTPZ employees at Gazprom’s other daughter enterprises: Gazprom Transgaz Yekaterinburg (in order to introduce the workers to gas transportation process and the repair and maintenance of main pipelines) and Gazprom Dobycha Nadym (in order to introduce them to the natural gas production in the Polar North).

In October 2012, a seminar for Gazprom employees will be coordinated at ChTPZ educational center in Pervouralsk, where the pipe manufacturers will present their corporate educational program on the Future of White Metallurgy to the company’s key customers.

The practice of training ChTPZ workers at their key customers’ enterprises has been used since 2010: the pipe manufacturers have already taken part in traveling seminars organized by Rosneft in Nefteyugansk, and in seminars coordinated by Gazprom’s daughter enterprises Gazprom Dobycha Orenburg, Gazprom Dobycha Urengoi, and Gazprom VNIIGAZ.
