June 23, 2014. Contestants in and visitors to the 38th World Computer Programming Championship ACM-ICPC 2014 are beginning to arrive in Yekaterinburg. June 23, 2014. Governor of Sverdlovsk Region Evgeniy Kuivashev paid a visit to Seversky Pipe Plant (STZ, a member enterprise of Pipe Metallurgical Company/TMK) on June 19, 2014. According to TMK’s press service, the Governor started his tour from examining the suburban residential area called the Birch Tree Grove that had been put up by the plant. STZ Managing Director Mikhail Zuyev put the Governor in the picture of how the company employee housing program was moving on. The first section of the cottages was put up in 2011; it comprises 122 two-storey cottages with the area of 156 sq m each.

The mobile carrier’s experts say July is likely to become the peak month in terms of roaming calls, so the company expects a booming interest in all the options that could help a subscriber save money while on vacation, the company’s press service reports.
