Natural gas supplier of Chelyabinsk cuts down on supplies for metallurgical works by 25%

Chelyabinskregiongas Ltd., natural gas supplier, cut back on supplies for the boiler houses located in CHMK JSC, metallurgical industrial complex of Chelyabinsk, Sverdlovsk Region, the spokesperson for the town council reports. The temperature of the heat carriers in the area now comes to 105 degrees centigrade as opposed to the norm of 120 degrees. Metallurgical complex of Nizhniy Tagil cuts back on natural gas consumption due to fuel overdraft

Evraz Group management decided to cut back on natural gas consumption by Metallurgical Industrial Complex of Nizhniy Tagil JSC since the complex has significantly exceeded its consumption limit within the last ten days, which was caused by the cold weather. The complex has been providing heat for 100,000 residents of Nizhniy Tagil. According to their spokesperson, coking plants and blast furnaces are now operated differently in order to increase the assist gas outlet.
