On October 2-4, 2007 Yekaterinburg World Trade Center hosted a real estate exhibition that happens to be one of the Urals’ largest professional fairs. Olips presented its two business class apartment blocks: an 80,000-square-meter one called Sozvediye and an 17,714-square-meter one known as Parkoviy.

'We’ve come up with two interesting projects and we are positive that the visitors to the exhibition will think highly of them. Sozvezidye is a large project we are working on in Botanicheskiy district of Yekaterinburg; its location can be called perfect infrastructure-wise. There will soon be an underground station next to it, then there is Dirigible mall, a park, a kindergarten, and a school - in other words, the area has got everything the future dwellers need. As for Parkoviy, it’s the last block that has been put up in Parkoviy district. It’s a very beautiful and comfortable building next to Central Park. The upper-floor apartments are actually 150-square-meter lofts with a panoramic view of the city,’ Olips’ Sales Manager Petr Latiy says.

Mr. Latiy points out that the all the legal demands are strictly met in the process of construction. The company has also got all the necessary papers. One can invest in the projects in a number of ways, including paying the builder for the future apartment that one will then be living in.

Olips has already put up business class housing before. Solnechniy Zamok (a block of apartments with the total area of 42,217 square meters) and a premium class condominium can serve as examples of their work. All in all, the company has so far put up 400,000 square meters of housing.
