Renova Stroy Grop decided to take part in MIPIM 2007, the world’s most respectable exhibition of real estate, to be held in Cannes, France, from March 13 to March 16, 2007. The company expects to present its Academic multi-faceted area development project using a 111-square-meter stand. The Academic construction project is a future residential area in the south-west of Yekaterinburg fit for 325,000 people with over 13 million square meters of buildings (that is, 9 million square meters of dwellings and 4.2 million square meters of commercial estate). This is both Europe and Russia’s largest construction project currently at the implementation stage.
Renova Stroy Grop decided to take part in the exhibition in order to involve the most professional developers and the largest investors in their program; this concerns both dwellings and commercial estate.
The visitors will be presented with three large commercial projects to be based in the future district of Yekaterinburg, namely, a logistics center (60,000 square meters ready to be commissioned with another 189,000 square meters on the line), a trade and entertainment center (100,000 square meters almost ready with another 250,000 on the line), and a business center (500,000 square meters altogether). These centers are to become the business core of the new district, and due to the very scale, they are expected to acquire interregional importance.
