13 June 2007 (15:50)

SKB-Bank has recently come up with a new offer: giving its customers advice on the best mortgage schemes online.

‘All those with an Internet connection are now able to get all the information regarding mortgage loans they need quickly and efficiently by simply typing in their question on the site Chelyabinsk Region/South Ural Enterprises (under Financial Experts. Online Counseling heading),’ the bank’s press release says.

‘This online service was created to make sure the site users can get professional advice on loans fast. Our primary challenge at the moment is involving as many experts as we can, which is going to make it possible for our customers to get the best information there can be, compare across different offers and then choose the bank that suits their purposes best,’ Chelindustry project manager Oleg Kudelenskiy explains.

Quite a few banks have already agreed to provide their advice, with SKB-Bank’s Mortgage Lending Center Manager Tatiana Danilina becoming one of the experts. She was the one to receive the greatest number of questions on June 9, 2007, with topics ranging from purely theoretical to very practical aspects of getting a mortgage loan.

‘Our expert was able to give advice on SKB-Bank’s mortgage lending policies (both procedural aspects and the requirements one has to meet). It appears that most people are actually interested in information on the annual interest rates, the scale of the first installment, and the ways of applying for a loan,’ SKB-Bank’s press release states.
