UrBC, Yekaterinburg, September 28, 2017. SKB-Bank and the Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending signed a cooperation agreement in September 2017. The bank’s HQs now host a special Mortgage Center, the bank’s press service reports.

‘Customers based in Yekaterinburg and Sverdlovsk Region can now get personalized advice on how to buy a home and professional support throughout the entire transaction-processing stage. Mortgage Center experts will do the calculations as to the final cost of the mortgage and help the borrower get all the necessary paperwork ready,’ the press service says.

The Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending’s interest rates start from 8.75% a year. Besides, the agency also offers a fluctuating interest rate on some of its programs (6.45% a year at the moment). You can buy an existing home as well as an apartment in a building currently under construction; there is also the debt refinancing option and the possibility of taking out a loan with your existing home as security.

SKB-Bank issued its first mortgage loan in November 2003. The bank keeps improving its mortgage offered and gets them adjusted to the customers’ changing needs. The bank’s Mortgage Center is now open at 75 Kuibyshev St in Yekaterinburg.
