SKB-Bank set up a mortgage lending center in Chelyabinsk, located conveniently at 30 Lenin Ave. The new center offers a potential borrower a great chance to have his or her questions answered all in one place as well as to save time needed for a bank to consider giving someone a loan and then hand over the money.

The bank is also planning to introduce the same mortgage lending practices in the regions the bank broke into last year, namely, the north of Tyumen Region, the Volga Region, and Perm Region, their press officer reports.
