Viktor Kulakov appointed Director of Chelyabinsk Region Lead

Former Director of Municipal Environmental Center Viktor Kulakov was appointed Director of Chelyabinsk Region Lead after this nominee was approved by Chelyabinsk Region Government today. The Government also agreed on the voluntary resignation of former Director of Chelyabinsk Region Lead Alexander Semerkin.
