Ural Airlines becomes preferred bidder for taking students from Yakutia to colleges in Yekaterinburg
14 July 2006 (11:54)
Ural Airlines JSC outbid its rivals in the bidding coming from Personnel Training and Retraining Department of Government of Yakutia/Sakha; the preferred carrier will service the students studying in colleges and universities of Yekaterinburg. There were ten applicants altogether. ‘The criteria for the final decision included the pricing policy, high quality service, and safety,’ the leading executive of the Department Ivan Neustroev said to UrBC representative.
‘Ural Airlines have transferred students from Yakutia at the instance of our Department in the past, so ours is a long-term cooperation that is mutually satisfying. This is why there was little doubt that this carrier would actually become the preferred bidder,’ Mr Neustroev said.
