UrBC, Yekaterinburg, October 15, 2019. Governor of Sverdlovsk Region Evgeny Kuivashev awarded HR Director at OOO FORES’s Sukhoi Log branch Neonilla Bulatova an honorary certificate, the company’s press service reports.

‘This is the first time in FORES’s nearly-twenty-year history that a company employee has received the Governor of Sverdlovsk Region’s award. The ceremony took place at the company’s Sukhoi Log branch on Friday, October 11. The company HR Director Neonilla Bulatova was awarded for many years of dedicated work, outstanding professional skills, impressive personal contribution to the company’s development, and also in celebration of a milestone birthday,’ the press service says.

‘Anyone familiar with how a large production facility with a big team works would understand how important Human Resources are. In the last thirteen years, Neonilla Bulatova has ensured the smooth running of this department both in FORES’s Sukhoi Log branch and Asbest and Kuryi branches. Government officials have commented more than once on the great quality of the HR Department’s performance during their audits,’ says Director of OOO FORES’s Sukhoi Log branch Alexander Konstantinov.

That same day, three employees at Sukhoi Log branch were awarded the status of FORES’s long-service employees, with special IDs and badges to go with this. The status was granted to Head of Procurement Larisa Yudakova, Head of Research Lab Natalya Molodtsova, and Head of Tech Control and Chair of the company’s Staff Council Zhanna Russkikh.
