UrBC, Yekaterinburg, August 14, 2019. The 8th EVRAZ Cup Corporate Championship took off in Kachkanar today. The annual sports event takes place on August 11-18, EVRAZ Holding Ural’s Corporate Communications Center’s PR Department reports.

Teams from EVRAZ Holding Ural and EVRAZ Holding Siberia (EVRAZ NTMK, EVRAZ KGOK, EVRAZ Siberia, and Raspadskaya Coal Company) and EVRAZ Mezhdurechensk Management Company’s Sibuglemet are competing in the championship this year.

EVRAZ Vice President and head of EVRAZ Holding Ural Denis Novozhenov and Mayor of Kachkanar Andrei Yaroslavtsev welcomed the sports players to the event in the course of a solemn opening ceremony.

‘Kachkanar has always been a sports-playing town, while EVRAZ has been investing a lot in the local sports facilities,’ said EVRAZ Vice President and head of EVRAZ Holding Ural Denis Novozhenov.
