MegaFon’s My Account App Wins First Prize in Roskachestvo Contest

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, August 12, 2019. MegaFon’s My Account App won the first prize as the No.1 mobile app for telecom companies in Russian Quality System (Roskachestvo) contest; eighteen mobile apps run by nine telecom operators competed in the contest altogether.
According to MegaFon Ural’s press service, the company’s My Account App proved the best option for both iOS and Android devices. The app scored very high in Security and Usability. MegaFon’s My Account App keeps all of the customer data confidential and allows the users to subscribe to and unsubscribe from options and services, change their payment plans, obtain phone bill statements, get their number blocked if necessary, and access a range of other options in under two clicks.
