MegaFon upgrades user accounts

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, July 15, 2015. MegaFon presented the updated version of My Account, a self-service option that allows a subscriber control their mobile phone bills and manage telecommunication services they need, the company press service reports.
Additionally, My Account makes it possible to get all the information regarding one’s mobile account without having to contact the call center or go to the mobile carrier’s website.
The app interface was completed in ‘tiles’, which made searching for activated rates and options as well as editing one’s personal settings much easier.
The updated app version also has simpler navigation and access to settings and call/billing details as well as an improved data management system.
The app is available to both Android and iOS smartphone users.
